VIVIAN PIETERS
Career summary and expertise
Vivian is a co-founder in Taxxa’s tax practice. In 2007 she started her career as a tax specialist in the field of tax accounting, tax assurance and tax risk management but also in the field of tax consultancy within several big four companies. To say that all matters concerning taxation are her passion is an understatement, as it is a love that grew into a skill which has continuously helped her to solve tax issues in different businesses and overcome dozens of tax related obstacles.

Vivian has a tax economics master’s degree from Maastricht University and has worked at several big four companies before joining forces with Claire and Jeannitza and founding Taxxa.
CLAIRE GODSCHALK
Career summary and expertise
Claire is a co-founder in Taxxa’s tax practice. In 2007 she started her career as a tax specialist in the field of tax advisory, tax structuring and tax due diligence within several big four companies. Saving on taxes is her main focus, and she believes that by applying the appropriate tax facilities and setting up a suitable tax structure, companies are able to benefit from the applicable legal tax regimes while also being compliant.

JEANNITZA FELIX
Career summary and expertise
Jeannitza is a co-founder in Taxxa’s tax practice. In 2011 she started her career as a tax specialist in the field of tax accounting, tax assurance and tax risk management but also in the field of tax consultancy. She has a refined skill set that she cultivated in the past years during her career at the tax authorities but mostly at different big four companies. Through these skills she brings tax awareness in a company’s financial management, that enables firms to be utmost tax efficient by fully utilizing the legally available tax facilities. Jeannitza also assists companies with (re)structuring and the development and implementation of tax control frameworks.

QUINCY LONT
Career summary and expertise
Quincy is a tax partner in Taxxa’s tax practice. He manages our Sint Maarten office and has started his career in 2007 as a tax specialist in the fields of general tax advisory, tax structuring and tax dispute resolution during his time with big four tax firms in the Netherlands, Curaçao and Sint Maarten. He has developed an expertise in obtaining tax relief for inbound investments in the Dutch Caribbean territories and providing workable tax solutions for foreign and local investors.

Roëlla Bloem

She also acts as a liaison between Taxxa, its clients and the Tax Authorities. QUINTIN SAMSON

Quintin is a dedicated tax advisor with a master’s degree in Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University and a growing reputation for delivering practical, client-focused solutions. Since October 2024, he has been part of the team at Taxxa, where he previously spent six months as a working student.
During his time as a working student, he gained valuable hands-on experience supporting senior advisors and partners with profit tax compliance, sales advisory, and wage tax matters. This early exposure to a wide range of client issues gave him a strong foundation in both the technical and advisory aspects of tax practice.
Now in a full-time role, Quintin works on a diverse portfolio of national and international tax projects. He supports clients from SMEs to large corporations, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation while helping identify tax planning opportunities. His analytical skills, combined with a clear and client-friendly communication style, make him a trusted contributor to his team.

All our experts have experience with the tax law in different jurisdictions of the Dutch Caribbean including the tax legislation of Aruba, Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius), Curaçao and Sint Maarten. Industries in which they have extensive experience include amongst others banking, insurance, utilities, real estate and telecommunication.
